After a successful group stage we progress to the knockout stages. East Sussex went straight into the quarter final stage. Norfolk A and Devon A played in a prelim match on the 2nd February at Solihull with Devon winning 25 – 15.
Housekeeping and venue information
The venue will be Solihull IBC, Brick Kiln Lane, Solihull B91 3LE. The venue has a restaurant that should be available to players. The club also has a carpark on site but may be busy due to another knockout match being played the same day. This is a mat on mat venue.
Cost of the day is £5 and is payable to Mandy Moore on the day. Players are asked to arrive for 0915 (10am start). Two volunteer markers will be required for the singles. If you are able to mark then please let Mandy know on the day.
Dress code is county shirt and black trousers for male players or black skirt, crops or trousers for the female players. NO JEANS, CARGO TROUSERS OR SHORTS as per current ESMBA regulations. Please ensure that the correct stickers are on woods to be used. Stickers are available from the team manager.
Should East Sussex be victorious, the semi final will be on the weekend of the 1st/2nd March 2025, venue to be decided.
